CMS granted an extension of the new ABN (3/11 version) implementation date to January 1, 2012.

New ABN Effective November 1, 2011
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have announced a new revised ABN effective November 1, 2011. The letter which includes all of the details is attached as well as the new ABN.
